Challenge:

Game Changers, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering underserved youth through sports and education, needed assistance in formalizing their structure and launching fundraising initiatives.

Solution: 

Pax Nexus provided strategic consultation to help Game Changers establish their nonprofit status, develop their mission statement, and create a fundraising and outreach plan. We also assisted in building strategic partnerships with schools, community organizations, and corporate sponsors.

Results:

Game Changers successfully launched and secured initial funding of $100,000 from corporate sponsors. The organization gained immediate traction in the community, enrolling over 80 students in their programs.
